Before you take a look at my list…I would be remiss in not mentioning that the most important aspect of a Catering program is someone selling that revenue center… and not on a part-time basis.

Catering can be incredibly lucrative but it’s also very competitive. Make sure your hiring someone to take charge of the program and aggressively sell it (preferably someone with connections and/or existing relationships with managers of / executive assistants at: large venues, companies, organizations, schools, teams, local celebrities, special event locations, etc...)
